The Dean, Academic Audit Cell will conduct the academic audit in various colleges under the control of university. He verifies the programmes in comparison with the guidelines prescribed by the university, the Government and also the UGC. The Dean submits periodical reports to the university and also to the colleges concerned to ensure that the academic programmes are carried in consonance with the policy of the university/ Government.

 Over a period of time, the office of the College Development Council and Dean, Academic Affairs have brought remarkable changes in the very functioning of the affiliated colleges. The Managements slowly started realizing the need to improve the infrastructural facilities and equipment as suggested by this office. The teams taken by the university to the colleges always tried to get the things done by constructive suggestions and advices. This office is carefully monitoring the functioning of the colleges in creating academic atmosphere and the steps being taken by the office are helping to improve the facilities to the students.

To supplement the efforts of the Dean, CDC, the Dean of the Academic Affairs along with some of the teachers have started visiting the colleges on a surprise to have the first hand information about the nature of functioning in all such institutions. The efforts of the Dean, Academic Affairs have been steadily yielding fruitful results.
